Ziptie is one of the first few tools that launched Google AI Overviews tracking after Google rolled out the AI Overviews feature.

Ziptie boasts of being the only tool tracking AI Overviews in Poland, Spain, and Germany. However, the tool can only track Google AI Overviews in 10 countries.

We decided to see the tool’s potential and how it stands out. 

The initial setup requires entering your domain URL, choosing your preferred device (can only track desktop devices for now), and your country.

This AI Overview tool allows you to add keywords in multiple ways: import from Google Search Console, add manually, or use its AI assistant.

We tested the AI assistant to see what it offers. Interestingly, the AI assistant allows you to choose the number of queries to generate and the preferred language.

And here we have this list. Outrightly, it’s a mix of informational and commercial keywords that trigger Google AI Overviews.

Since we had what we wanted, we stuck to the keyword list. 

Next, we entered the brand name to track when it’s mentioned in AI answers.

Afterward, we entered the required tags and clicked the Proceed icon to see the outcome. But the reverse was the case.
